So, you might be feeling stuck. Are you unable to find a way out of the mess you are in? I am sorry for sounding rude but this is what this  post talks about. If you are actually struggling to clear your doubts and gain clarity on a particular situation, this is a really good place to start with.

First things first, we are not going to be super quick here. Good decisions take time and since all of us are not clairvoyant we need our own time to discover honest answers.

Take a deep breath and read slowly without skipping anything in between. The first thing is to bring yourself out of the victim mentality. You maybe feeling helpless and victimised. Thats okay. Honor your emotions. Do not resist them. You have the right to feel upset and worried. Its okay. We all feel that way. But acting from a place of low self-worth and a troubled mind will not bring in good results. To gain clarity, a shift in focus is required. Here, we are trying to manifest a solution and for that our focus must not be on what can go wrong. We must shift our focus from the world back to our own self.

Very often, we become so involved in what is happening outside of us that we stop focussing on whats going within us. Learn to get in tune with your emotions and your body. Many times we are so scared that we are creating our own bad days. To learn to bring our subconscious mind out of this, we must get in alignment with our truth. Our truth is to be very clear on what we want and what we dont want. Then be conscious about how much we think and worry about what we dont want. As far as I am concerned, whenever I dream about what I do want, I am simultaneously thinking about what I dont want. Our goal is to abolish this thinking.

When you become aware of your thought process, consciously delete all thoughts about what you dont want. Now, how do we do this? The first rule is to be as open and as simple as you can. For instance, if you are trying to manifest a new job offer or a new career opportunity, your thoughts should only be focussed on you feeling confident about finding a solution. Do not go on imagining how others will react, who will give you the offer and so on. Simply focus on you being confident on grabbing the opportunity.

Lets take another example. Now, you are trying to manifest your soulmate. Do not dream about your first date or your first kiss. Simply focus on the feeling of contentment and love of being in a healthy relationship.

The next important step is to be honest with ourselves. Its more about how you want to feel than it is about what you want. So if you are struggling with your finances, you want to feel more relaxed, free and stable. If you are happily single and want birds-nature-river-87414to meet your soulmate, you want to feel more supported, assured and playful. Bring your attention to how you want to feel.

Once you are very clear on how you want to feel, do very small things which make you feel that way. If you want to feel more relaxed, read a mini cozy mystery book. Many of them are available for free on amazon kindle. If you wish to feel more supported, join a wellness community on facebook. If you want to feel more confident, do a little of some work you love. If you wish to feel more assured, meditate each day and ground yourself.
