Releasing anger

Anger is something we all struggle with on a daily basis. Every single day, there is at least one person who says or does something really annoying. The feeling of anger is quite often coupled with the pain of not being understood. These feelings torment us day and night. In this post, I am going to discuss about a very powerful practice which will enable us to heal ourselves.

The sky which mostly has a bluish colour looks reddish during the sunset. When the sun is setting, its at a lower position in the sky. So now the sun rays have to travel through a thicker layer of gas molecules. The blue rays are scattered the most and deflected way. The red rays are scattered the least and give a reddish colour to the sky. This amazing principle has so many lessons to share. In our experience as a human being, our mind  catches and holds on to any negative emotion quite easily. Thats because it has become trained to do that. We really have a hard time releasing all the overwhelming stuff. The blue light which during the daytime very easily passes through the layer of gas molecules gets scattered at the time of sunset. Now just imagine your mind as the clear blue sky. As the sky gets its blue colour from the rays of the sun, your mind is getting clarity, peace and contentment from your heart centre. Now what if your heart centre starts operating at a lower vibration just as the sun starts going lower. The positive emotions get easily deflected away due to the toxic barrier of anger and bitterness. The only vibration which gets scattered the least is the vibration of love which makes its way to your mind from your heart centre.

Love is unconditional. It must be given to all without judgement. When you make a conscious choice to give love to all, you first of all give love to every cell of your body, to every space of your heart and even to your troubled mind. Anger cannot be healed with anger and pain cannot be healed with pain. Love is the ultimate force of light which enables us to see God in all. If this feels too much, then simply carve out time each day when you sit down in peace and consciously send love to all. You will see how your energy shifts and how it makes you feel. Practice this more often to access the energy of love which is always available to
