Keep going

HEART-BROKEN, SOUL-CRUSHED, MISERABLE, EMBARASSED, ASHAMED, GUILTY, CONFUSED……………I can really go on and on to describe how one feels when in times of misery she is left all alone without even a shoulder to weep on. Soul-crushing comments crush our confidence and cruel words threaten our dreams. Worry not my loves, you arent the only one going through this sh*t.

As I cried compassionately and prayed for guidance a wonderful realisation came to my heart. I saw a picture of a little girl making a snow angel. I felt so in awe of this marvellous process.

First, you lie down on the snow-laden ground. Next, you embrace the gentle, loving snow as you feel its soft touch. And then slowly, you start moving your hands and feet. You do not look back. Surely, you cannot look back. You dont care about how its happening or how its going to turn out. You trust in the process and the only thing you do is keep moving.

This is the lesson I learnt baked-blur-bottle-302022by looking at that lovely picture. Sometimes in life we dont know how things are going to turn out. We dont know whats going on in the universe. In such miserable times, we need to trust the process and keep moving.

In these troubled moments, you cant see whats going on as you continue your amazing work but if you keep believing that something wonderful is being formed, then that encourages you to keep going. And then, even before you know it, a beautiful snow-angel has been formed on the snow-laden ground.
