Show up for your dharma

Your dharma is your soul’s calling. It may express itself in the form of your dreams or your inner knowing. While working on our dreams, it so often happens that we either procastinate or quit before reaching our destination.

Today, I was feeling really miserable as I felt that time is running out. Thats when something miraculous happened. Thats when I had a brilliant realisation. It said,” Show up for your dharma even when there is a lot of time remaining and even when the time is running out. Your calling is timeless. Dont ignore it due to the excess or lack of time. Your dharma is not time bound. Just show up whenever you are called for it and surrender the rest.”

Whether its an exam you are preparing for or a business you are trying to build or its any other form of service, remember to show up whenever you are called for it. For instance, when I had this beautiful realisation today, I felt called to watch a webinar and sign up for a training series. Similarly, on many other days I feel called to read a book, write a new blog post or keep going on with my learning classes.

The renowned author Rebecca Campbell says that your soul is always calling. So listen to it. Maybe its calling at 3 am at night to read a short story. You might later on realise that it helped you take a major life decision. Maybe your soul is calling early in the morning to make a note of something you remembered. Do not ignore this calling at any cost.

Yes, it might not be possible to answer this everytime. However, do not be too hard on yourself. Be extra loving, kind and gentle with yourself. Be compassionatartistic-blossom-bright-207962e towards your suffering and embrace it as the divine will. Keep showing up and trust the flow of the universe.
