HOW TO WORK WHEN NOTHING FEELS GOOD?
There are times in our lives when we feel stressed and upset to the extent that it becomes impossible to work. We feel our fears overpowering us and we just cant focus on the work at hand.
This is where the principle of detachment comes into play. But before that lets understand what faith is. Faith is embracing all your hardships as the will of the divine. Faith is showing up for life no matter how you feel. Faith is doing your karma in accordance with your soul’s calling trusting what is about to come. Faith is serving with love blelieving that this is what you need to do.
Detachment is simply letting go of the outcome. It is the art of selfless service and the contentment of embracing the divine will.
SET UP A REGULAR PRAYER SERVICE OR A GROUNDING RITUAL
Praying is simply a means of offering all your troubles to the divine. Pray for the highest good of your soul. Pray for the highest good of all. You can compose your own prayers and sing them. You can also pray silently and groung yourself by coming in contact with mother earth and surrendering all your troubles to her.
FOLLOW THE BREADCRUMBS
When you are unable to see the entire picture, just follow the signs set up by the universe. It can be a small quote you come across or an intense rush of emotions. It can be a facebook post or some random pick a card reading on youtube. Just go on following these angelic signs.
SPEND SOME HYGGE MOMENTS
Relax and read a few pages of your favourite book. Listen to some soothing interviews by wellness experts and life coaches. Listen to sacred songs and recite them along. Write down encouraging letters to yourself. Read the blog posts about new stuff like Moonology, Manifesting, Forgiveness and gratitude, soul detox, finances or home decor.
YOU WILL HAVE SOME OFF DAYS
Yes, there will be days when you just cant get anything done. Thats all right. Sit down and listen to some good interviews by hayhouse or read a nice book. Just give up the fight and let it be. Tune into your intuition and trust the guidance.
