Earth, soil, fear and love

As we recently celebrated mother’s day, lets just pause and think what we are doing to our mother earth. No, I am not asking you to start worrying about all the environmental issues. Worry is never the solution to any problem. We must surrender to love if we want to rise.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT

You may feel that you hardly care or you arent an environmentalist to think about this stuff. But the truth is that all of us love mother earth. We are born of her and shall return to her and the glow of this bond sparkles in our hearts.

YOU ARE THE CHOSEN ONE

It isnt about planting trees or studying environmental science. It isnt even about giving up on your lifestyle. Its about realising that each one of us has within us the divine intention to serve her. The divine has chosen me to write this blog post, he may have chosen you to use banan peels to fertilise the soil of your garden or to stop throwing plastic on the soil or to start recycling all that you can. You may be chosen to switch to energy saving lights or to use paper bags. Listen to your inner calling.

MONEY IS NOT AN ISSUE

Money is never a problem for those who wish to serve. I am writing this article without spending much money, there are people who choose to use home made fertilisers for their gardens, there are women who offer their menstrual blood to the soil and there are kids who make paper bags and use them.

ITS NOT ABOUT TOMORROW, ITS ABOUT NOW

We are not serving her for the threat of the hazards of tomorrow, but for the love we have for herbasket-fashion-flower-basket-88647 now. Yes, there may be drastic changes happening in the environment but lets just shift our focus to what we can do which generates a sense of well being within us.

A CHOICE FROM FEAR TO LOVE

Stop being afraid of the scientific data and start bonding with mother earth. We cannot progress by spreading fear. Spread love and spread the word.

Love that. So true. We need to cultivate a love for the world around us, not just to preserve it, but to enjoy it today.
