FEELING IT FULLY
The healing is in the feeling. Until you feel it, cry over it, stop avoiding it and face it nothing is going to change. Feel that anger, feel that pain, feel that fear. You are not pushing it all away, you are pushing it in. You are removing the band-aid from the wounds which havent healed.
HONORING YOUR FEELINGS
Once you begin to feel your anger and pain fully, stop judging it. Honor all your feelings. You have the right to feel the way you do. There are people who are going to say,” You are not justified in feeling that way.” No need to pay any heed to them. You feel what you feel so that you heal.
Our bonds with our loved ones are not always all sweet and sugary. There are past resentments, hard feelings and unhealed wounds. These bonds do have a coating and base of sugar but they also have an icing of bitterness. Let not that bitterness steal from you your closest relationships. Surrender your relationships to the divine. Letting go isnt a one second job. But once you make this choice and trust the love within you, you will slowly begin to let go of all hurt and anger.
There are those people who have hurt you, betrayed you, humiliated you and crushed you. There are people who laugh at your pain and celebrate your failure. Instead of cursing them, stop and bless them. Yes, you heard me right. Sending love is how you set the love within you flowing. Bless them and release them and liberate yourself of this pain.
