PRINCIPLE 1- Mindfulness
The simplest, yet the most powerful tool it is. Being mindful of how you feel as you spend endless hours on your phone. Being aware of your aching brows, hurting neck, sleepy eyes and annoyed feelings quickly brings you in the light of discipline.
Being aware of how your emotions change as you watch a show which you may not even like, how less energetic you feel as you keep chatting endlessly on social media is the gateway to heal all unhealthy habits.
PRINCIPLE 2- Listen to your body
Fatigue, frequent headaches, loss of apetite, stomach cramps are signs of you being stuffed with unhealthy emotions and habits.
PRINCIPLE 3- Assessing the Excitement Quotient(EQ)
Any activity like watching television, listening to music, reading, reading tweets and posts raises our level of excitement. Thats why its so easy to get addicted to these. But when we assess this properly, things get simpler.
Signs of negative EQ
Racing thoughts, sleeplessness, confusion

Creative insights, increased hopefulness, feeling of being understood

I had no terms to describe that feeling so I coined my own. After spending hours on toxic stuff, we get a feeling of weakness, drained energy, headache, dizziness, lack of clarity, nausea. Its as if a vampire has been feeding on us. So do be mindful of these unhealthy vampire habits and use your magic wand to get rid of them.
