So today, I really wanted to write about something that has been on my mind for quite some time now. I have been constantly feeling so stressed and uncertain about future events. I kind of feel myself suffering from worries and threats about the future. I know that its completely okay to feel this way. Its better to feel it rather than shut off yourself.
Staying in the present moment is something that is talked about very often. This is something thats easier said than done. But here I want to discuss some really useful ways to be in this moment.
PRINCIPLE 1- Feel the light within
We all have that beautiful glowing ball of light within us which is always shining. Being in this awareness and feeling the light within enables us to settle in the present. This light can be felt during meditation, mindfulness, doing anything that replenishes your soul.
PRINCIPLE 2- Let the leaves fall
What no longer serves you needs to be out of your life. Let the trash go.
PRINCIPLE 3- Surrender completely
Now this one is the most powerful of all. Surrender to divine will, trust whats to come and believe that its going to get better. Say a prayer, recite a mantra or just meditate.
PRINCIPLE 4- Get rid of the delusion
We are one with the universe. Considering ourselves as separate from it creates all the pain we feel. Feel this connection by grounding yourself regularly, meditate, walk barefoot, practise yoga.
