Water fountain to the rescue

So often we feel agitated and restless. We do not even understand why. There is just that annoying feeling and this restlessness just doesnt let us stay in peace. As annoying it can get, we are unable to focus on our work and we are in an irritable mood the whole day. Sometimes we are even unaware of the reason why do we feel this way. It leaves us feeling exhausted and worried. No one wants to go about feeling grumpy all day. As its my mission to make healing with nature mainstream this time too we shall use the healing power of the mystical forces of nature to help us with this. Just follow the steps listed below for a few minutes each day and trust what comes.

1- Put up a video of a water fountain or a gentle stream of water. You can also visit one if possible.

2- Take a few deep relaxing breaths as you begin to calm down. Now with your eyes open or closed, as you may prefer feel the gentle flow of water in the space between your brows or your third eye chakra. If you can, start naming and listing what makes you agitated. If you arent aware of it, simply breathe. Feel the swirling flow of water in your third eye chakra.

3- On the inhale, repeat in your mind,

I welcome wisdom

and on the exhale repeat,

I release all fear.

Continue breathing till you experience a sense of relief. See if any guidance comes up.

4- Now feel the swirling flow of water in your heart centre. Feel the water flowing and cleansing your heart space.

On the inhale, repeat in your mind,

I welcome love

and repeat on the exhale

I release all fear.

Continue breathing till you experience some relief.
