Shedding the burdens

How often do we feel burdened by the expectations and demands of people and finances. We feel pressurised and manipulated at so many times. The rising demands of the society coupled with the need to earn a living crushes our motivation and inner driving force. But you need not worry. Here again mothet nature steps in to cradle us in her loving embrace. If you too wish to be healed simply follow the steps listed below for few minutes each day and trust what comes.

1- Put up a video of falling leaves. Make sure that the sounds are gentle and not too harsh. If you have autumn in your country you can go out to experience the real bliss.

2- Now start taking some nice deep relaxing breaths. Once you begin to calm down, notice how the leaves are falling down from the trees. See how gracefully the trees are shedding them.

3- Imagine all your burdens to be those leaves being shed from the tree of your soul. Feel the shedding power in your heart centre.

4- With your eyes open or closed as you may prefer, feel the essence of the falling of leaves deep within your heart centre. Listen to the crisp and gentle sounds and breathe easily into your heart space.

5- Breathing easily and calmly, now repeat the following affirmations in your mind.

On the inhale repeat,

I surrender to divine will

On the exhale repeat,

I let go.

Continue this practice till you feel better. Sit in stillness and see if you can hear some divine whispers.
