As you know that I am currently on a mission to make healing with nature mainstream, this time the topic we will focus on is negative opinions. How awful it feels to be judged by someone and hearing negative remarks about ourselves. As much as it angers us, it hurts and demotivates us from within. In that state, we feel hurt. Nature comes to our aid in such harsh circumstances. We can feel its loving energy and healing power. Love is love and there is no power other and greater than it. If you too want to experience this blissful healing, then simply follow the steps listed below for a few minutes each day and trust what comes.
1-Put up a video of a clear gentle stream of water making its way through the woods. You can also visit one if possible.
2- Take a few deep relaxing breaths till you begin to calm down. Notice how the water flows gently through the boulders, not trying to push them away but just flowing through with ease. Listen to the mystical sounds of flowing water and feel its flow within your heart centre.
3- Now with your eyes open or closed, as you may prefer, start naming the people or situations that hurt you and imagine them to be those huge boulders along the way. Continue to feel the swirling flow of water within you.
4- On the inhale, repeat in your mind,
I am what I am
and on the exhale repeat,
I am love.
Continue this practice till you experience a sense of relief.
